Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively provide before and after-sales consultation and service with detailed information about courses and programs, including their content and requirements.
- Schedule meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
- Handle all education-related application processes.
- Identify, build, and manage good relationships with institutions, students, clients, and partners.
- Handle after-sales service and resolve any client concerns or requests.
- Maintain regular communication and responsible for providing guidance and support to students before and after enrolment.
- Be constantly updated on the latest news and policies related to education in Southeast Asia countries, especially Singapore. Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an equivalent Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the private education or educational agency sector will be an advantage.
- Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (to maintain and
- develop relationships with English and Chinese-speaking key customers)
- Possess an outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Time management and ability to handle pressure. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
