Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves handling office coordination, documentation, scheduling, and assisting team members with administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Documenting, organizing and packing of files
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension depending on business needs).
- Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6PM (Monday to Friday)
- Remuneration: $2000/Month
