We are seeking for a full-time admin assistant staff to join our firm.
This role offers the possibility of a partial remote-working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of documents and filing
- Arrange and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Support in invoicing and preparation of payrolls and follow up on payments
- Facilitate the preparation and compilation of documents for tender proposals
- Provide general admin support for the team
- Ensure the office runs smoothly including organizing the pantry, celebration, staff meals and other miscellaneous tasks
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum GCE O level of equivalent preferred; diploma or degree holders welcome
- Prior experience in admin in an architectural/ design office is a plus, but not essential
- Proficiency in Excel, google, word, and basic online communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling records and documents
- Self-motivated, able to complete tasks on time without reminders
- Takes initiative and ownership of work
- Tidy, good self-hygiene, and possess good housekeeping skills
Remuneration
Depending on prior experience and working arrangements
