Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team
- Assist in drafting board resolutions and meeting minutes
- Perform manual and electronic filing of statutory document
- Maintaining corporate registers and records (e.g. directors, shareholders)
- Track statutory deadlines and sending reminders to clients.
- Supporting client engagement activities to enhance clients’ relationships, follow-ups with potential clients
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma holder
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Customer-oriented with a sense of fulfillment in supporting clients
- Good EQ and communication skills.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and reliable in handling administrative tasks.
