We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to assist with basic office tasks and support the team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and email politely
- Data entry and filing. Organize documents and keep record up to date
- Stocks receiving from suppliers
- Receive and send out mails, or parcels
- Assist team members with other basic tasks
Requirements:
- Good communications skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Willingness to work and take instructions.
