We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Staff to provide administrative and operational support to the Project Support Engineer. The role will focus on administration, procurement assistance, incident reporting, and customer updates, ensuring smooth fix/deployment roll-out and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Support Engineer and project team.
- Assist in part procurement, including preparing purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, inventory, and incident reports.
- Support scheduling activities, ensuring tasks and timelines are aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare and present weekly PowerPoint updates to customers on incident reports, status, and resolution progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related records.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in administration, procurement, or project support is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable in preparing and presenting information to customers.
Contract Terms
- Duration: 6 – 12 months (with potential extension based on performance and project needs).
