Job Scope Summary:
1. Administrative Support: Handling mail, calls, and faxing, and assisting administrative and teaching staff.
2. Document Handling: Managing documents, filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
3. Logistical Support: Delivering materials and preparing rooms for events.
4. Office Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of office areas.
5. Errands and Supplies: Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
6. Visitor Support: Guiding students, visitors, and contractors.

Job Requirements Summary:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of admin experience, preferably in MOE primary school.
- Proficient with IT Skills (example, Mirosoft Words)
- Patient, service-oriented, able to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
