Key Responsibilities:
- Implement end-to-end development and execution of campaigns, data workflows, and platform enhancements.
- Manage platform operations tasks. Monitor SLA compliance and coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Marketing Ops, Data, Platform) for rapid issue resolution.
- Clarify, consolidate, develop, and validate system enhancements, such as webforms and data integration with other data sources, etc.
- Oversee data quality and accuracy within the CRM system, configure schema, handle local data import/export, manage typology rule, monitor batch jobs, implement API connections, test data ingestion and event triggers.
- Ensure data handling of all campaigns align with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and organizational security policies.
- Document processes and provide training to team members and users for best practices and effective system usage.
- Offer technical consultancy to business teams on campaign execution and system functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in CRM operation, marketing automation, or related fields, with at least 2 years of Adobe Campaign Classic v7/8 experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe RT-CDP, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, real-time data processing and CRM integrations across different systems for seamless data flow and improved customer insights.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to diagnose platform and operational issues, with a proactive approach to solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Chinese language skills will add additional points .
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Certification in Adobe Campaign Classic v7/8 and RT-CDP.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Query Service, SegmentBuilder, and Identity Services.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, or and APIs related to Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, cross-channel execution (including SMS and Push notification), data security requirements, email databases, segmentation and matrix.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
- Background in marketing analytics and customer journey mapping.
- Detail oriented, organized, and a multi-tasker.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a cross-cultural and global environment.
