Responsibilities:
- Handle calls and attend to enquiries
- Register patients using clinic software
- Schedule appointments for patients & update system
- Assist doctor during procedures
- Dispense medications
- Handle payment via cash and credit cards
- Check & replenish stock when needed
- Other duties as instructed by doctor and management
Requirements:
- With GP / Aesthetic experience will be an advantage, without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided
- Has a pleasant and cheerful disposition. Service oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues
- PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)
- ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, able to converse in English
