About the Role:
Join a vibrant and client-focused aesthetic clinic as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant . You will engage with clients to understand their concerns, clearly explain treatment options, and recommend suitable packages.
This role is sales-driven , so strong consultation skills and the confidence to close sales are essential to help clients achieve their best results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, and post-treatment care
- Support doctors during aesthetic procedures and prepare patients for treatments.
- Manage bookings, billing, and client follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
- Handle client enquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ensure smooth clinic operations, cleanliness, and presentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative sales within a medical aesthetic clinic
- Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (to serve our Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Service-oriented, professional and well-groomed
- Able to work clinic hours, including weekends
