We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital and cross-functional initiatives across our product and tech teams. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile frameworks to drive innovation and results.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate across engineering, design, and product teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks and resolve blockers proactively.
- Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership with transparency.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in tech, software, or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
