About the Role
To raise the competency standards of the sales force in providing quality financial advice to the customers by ensuring the regulatory requirements under Sales Advisory process are fulfilled through regular review/monitoring and embark of digitalisation via system enhancement
Work with Monitoring IC to meet team’s KRAs such as:
- Implementing a business focused T&C regime to meet the business environment
- Increasing the competency of leaders & reps through coaching and district sharings
- Digitalizing of processes to increase efficiency
Replacement of Policies (ROP) Appeal Management
- Work with the stakeholders to ensure that scope and operational aspect of the system is accurate
- Perform first level review on the ROP appeal management
Pre-Transactions Check
- Timely review of FHR (Financial Health Review) documents for sales quality before issuance of policies
Welcome Call Monitoring
- Work with the stakeholders of welcome call to ensure scope of monitoring and data accuracy
- Assist in review welcome calls results from Service Assurance (SA) team
- Ensure that the welcome call findings are followed up through communication with agency force and necessary service recovery is completed
- Be updated on the latest sales advisory knowledge to update review standards and identify common findings for sharing with agency force
Develop and implement workplan to monitor the standards set out in the T&C plan such as:
- Ensuring T&C plan is updated, effectively implemented and adhered to
- Working with tech team to enhance ICM (Interactive Competence Management) Online to improve efficiency for both the agency force and agency review
- Developing appropriate action plans to address any issue
Front desking
Front Desking of location enquiries such as enquiries relating to FHR, T&C plan coaching programs and district sharing
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- 3 to 5 years of experience in life insurance industry
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 5 (Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services)
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 9 (Life Insurance & Investment Linked Policies)
- Health Insurance Module
- Sound knowledge in MAS’ Financial Advisers Act (FAA), relevant notices, regulations and guidelines; LIA Guidelines, Product Knowledge and Company’s procedures and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
