We are looking for an experienced and motivated GCP Evangelist to lead the development of innovative cloud solutions for our Retail Services business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thought leadership, deep expertise in cloud and data services strategy, and hands-on experience with GCP-centric architectures.
Need to play a key role in driving the migration of applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), shaping our cloud roadmap, and contributing to the broader GCP ecosystem. This role requires both strategic vision and a willingness to be a hands-on contributor and leader in our cloud journey.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to consolidate, interpret, and articulate business requirements clearly.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with customers and internal teams to understand and clarify requirements.
- Conduct project handover sessions, explaining the business context of delivered solutions to client teams.
- Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for data analytics solutions, aligning them with business goals and market trends.
- Translate business needs into user stories and work closely with development teams to ensure understanding and delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the final product meets user needs.
- Oversee the development lifecycle of data analytics products to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities for product, process, and strategic improvement; recommend and implement optimizations.
- Analyze data to identify trends and convert findings into actionable business insights.
- Communicate effectively across business units, technical teams, and end-users.
- Work with various stakeholders including Business SPOCs, CRM teams (L’Oréal & LTIM), CDAO, and CDMO to identify distinct reporting needs.
- Liaise with markets and coordinate with L’Oréal IT and LTIM SPACE teams to finalize reporting structures.
- Map tactical reports to zone-level views and translate business Excel reports into structured development tasks.
- Understand KPIs and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong experience in CPG domain with a good understanding of retail and consumer analytics.
- Proven track record in data analytics and reporting projects across industry domains.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand data, extract insights, and present them in business-friendly formats.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis.
- Proficient in understanding and guiding data product development processes.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred).
- Strong understanding of data visualization concepts.
- Exposure to or interest in AI/ML is a plus.
