The PAC Logistics DC team, who is responsible for running AppleCare, Finished Goods and Trade-in DCs within the region, forms a critical node in the delivery of products to and collection of returns from our customers who vary from consumer to Retail Stores and Channel partners. Partnering with 3PLs and cross-functional teams, the team’s work straddles operational execution during BAU and peak events, as well as program and project management, driving implementation of capabilities and service offerings, to continuously improve ourselves operationally. We now have an exciting opportunity for a DC Program Specialist, responsible for program management of core functions such as Packaging and Operational KPI Measurement. This is an excellent role for results-oriented individuals who are looking to apply their analytical and stitching skills across cross functional stakeholders. Project management skill sets, attention to detail and a demonstrated track record to influence and collaborate regionally and globally will also be key requirements.

As the DC Program Specialist, you will: Manage Packaging as a program regionally Inventory levels: - Optimise during BAU and NPI - Working closely with 3PLs, keep a pulse on inventory levels and warehouse occupancy levels as well as explore levers to balance DC inventory while ensuring transportation costs are kept low - EOL and new packaging adoption - Mystery Shopper - Readiness - NPI, new business/ DC onboarding - Drive initiatives (such as local procurement) to reduce transportation and carbon footprint - Using AI/ ML/ BI tools, analyse key data points to support and implement Packaging programs - SME role on dashboards and projects related to packaging and consumables Operational KPI measurement: - Key DRI for operational reporting of performance across the DCs This role will also be required to support activities where required, such as: - Quarter-end, Springback - Open DN initiatives - SME role on projects on related activities

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Logistics/DC systems and processes; degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, preferred
- Process oriented mindset, data analysis skills with the ability to evaluate, analyse, present data and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Experience in program and project management with attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools (or equivalent) and database skills an advantage.
- Proven experience working effectively across internal and external stakeholders, at a regional and global level
