Intro
We are hiring an APAC Marketing Executive to support regional marketing needs for a global leader in NDT solutions. This role demands hands-on expertise in sales and marketing campaign, contents creation, events and suppliers management, and distributor partnerships. Requires hands-on expertise in:
- Marketing asset creation (Adobe Suite/Canva/AI tools)
- Automation workflow design (HubSpot/CRM)
- APAC lead generation across digital/offline channels
What will you do
I. Integrated Campaign & Event Execution (60%)

End-to-End Campaign Delivery
- Execute 360° campaigns (digital/offline) using global frameworks, ensuring APAC localization/compliance.
- Localize assets (content, social, email) with Adobe Suite/Canva/other creative tools within deadlines.

Event Ownership

Plan/execute 8–12 regional events/year (trade shows, webinars, summits) including:
- Booth design, vendor coordination (AV/print/shipping coordination), on-site staffing HubSpot workflow setup (registration
- post-event nurture)

Drive event ROI:
- Pre-event: Target account promotion & sales briefings
- Real-time: HubSpot lead capture integration
- Post-event: Pipeline reporting within 48h

Self-create campaign/event assets via Adobe Suite:
- Digital (banners, eBooks, social ads)
- Physical (brochures, backdrops)
- Video (demos, testimonials)
- Build HubSpot assets: Landing pages, email sequences, social campaigns

CRM & Automation Management
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot list segmentation, lead scoring)
- Track campaign-driven leads & provide real-time sales data

Sales Support
- Develop battle cards, pitch decks, and conduct product training
- Monitor KPIs: Lead quality, campaign-driven pipeline growth

Distributor/Partner Management
- Train distributors on marketing assets via Partner Portal
- Develop co-branded campaigns showcasing solutions
- Align distributor incentives with regional sales goals
What do we expect
- B2B Experience: 3+ years in SaaS/Tech/Industrial sectors
- B2B Event Management: 2+ years running trade shows/webinars (>100 attendees)
- HubSpot Proficiency: Certified; campaign workflow automation experience
- Agility: Examples of events launched in <3 weeks
- Creative Suite/AI tools: Portfolio showing hands-on creation of banners, brochures, videos
