We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Manager / Solution Architect to lead API integration efforts for a screening system within a large-scale transformation program. This role blends hands-on architecture and leadership, requiring deep expertise in .NET, Azure, and batch processing systems, along with strong offshore team management experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end API integration design & delivery
- Manage and mentor offshore development teams
- Enforce coding best practices, conduct reviews, and ensure quality
- Design high-throughput batch processes (incl. FTP-based integrations)
- Collaborate with architecture, compliance, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain robust, scalable, and secure solutions on Azure
What You Bring
- 15+ years in software development; 5+ years in technical leadership
- Expertise in .NET (C#) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Mgmt.)
- Strong knowledge of batch processing and FTP protocols
- Proven experience managing distributed/offshore teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
