The role will involve working within a multidisciplinary team to carry out system performance
tests, hardware and software evaluations, and customer requirements preparedness.
Responsibilities:

fast, friendly, and effective technical help.
- Dive into hands-on software testing and troubleshooting, helping us build reliable,
high-performance systems.
- Help define and fine-tune system performance specs for our cutting-edge handler
solutions.
- Take ownership of customer-specific projects, from planning to documentation—
your work will directly impact real-world applications.
- Create and share technical guides and training materials that empower others to
succeed.

Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in engineering discipline with minimum 1–3 years experience.
- Fresh degree graduates will be considered for Associate Application Engineer level.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor machine equipment—you know your way
around the tools of the trade.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control
processes.
- Confident in troubleshooting PC hardware and Windows operating systems—you’re
the person people call when things go wrong.
- Skilled in diagnosing servo systems, electrical components, and devices like sensors,
relays, and temperature controllers is a plus.
- It’s a plus if you have experience with programming languages like C++, C#, Python
or Excel macro —bonus points if you’ve built something cool!
- Familiarity with optical inspection equipment used in semiconductor environments
is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken—you can explain
complex ideas clearly.
- Candidates must be open to international travel to work with customers and work
cross teams based in Singapore.
