Looking for an Aquarium Tank Technician to maintain and care for our aquatic exhibits.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine tank maintenance like water testing and cleaning filters.
- Check on the health of aquatic life and treat diseases when needed.
- Prepare and feed fish, invertebrates, and live plants.
- Set up new tanks and move aquatic animals.
- Keep detailed records of tank conditions and animal health. Fix equipment malfunctions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with aquarium maintenance (professionally or as a hobby).
- Knowledge of freshwater and saltwater systems.
- Understanding of aquatic animal care and common diseases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- A passion for aquatic life.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
