Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept development to completion

• Review designs, ensure all designs are in compliance with local authorities code

• Developing and presenting project proposals

• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents

• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact

• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field

• Previous experience as architect (consultant) preferred

• Excellent technical drawing skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma etc.
