Responsibilities
- Assisting the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, controlling of sub-contractors works,etc.
- Coordination with the Architect, Structural and M&E team to resolve discrepancies and technical issues.
- To coordinate with Sub-contractors regarding the project-related issues, shop drawings, etc.
- Raising RFI for the items that have problems/issues or discrepancies regarding the Architectural Matters.
- Attending Consultant Meeting, Sub-contractors Meeting, Internal Meeting, etc.
- Knowledge with local code of practice, i.e R.I Inspection, TOP application, CSC and Final Completion.
- Submission of reviewed Shop Drawings, Sample Materials, Catalogues in order to get the approval from the Architect/Consultants.
- Monitoring & to follow-up Work Progress for Architectural Works in accordance to Project’s Plan/Master Schedule.
- Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
- Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil/ Architecture or equivalent.
- Relevant qualification of certificates in structural and architectural discipline (eg: NCCS, BCSS, Safety or Lifting).
- Minimum three (3) years’ of relevant experience.
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
