Pre-requisites :
- Certificate in Autocad and familiar with BIM is an advantage
- Familiar with design drawing (architectural/structural)
- Ability to do quantity take off
- Able to use CAD tools & 3D for design drawings including 3D models
- Design concepts, images and materials for project presentation
- Familiar with sketchup 3D and Vray Rendering, design drawing (architectural/structural)
- Other Technical Skills such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
