- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Develop architectural designs and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for project proposals.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and evaluate design feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects to promote environmental responsibility.
- Work closely with engineers and other professionals to integrate technical aspects into designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architectural designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
