Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings using CAD software.
- Create detailed site plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Produce and update construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Generate presentation drawings and 3D models for client and internal review.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
- Prepare as-built drawings per regulatory authority requirements. Collaborate closely with the design and project team to understand and meet project needs.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in drafting or design documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other software like Revit, SketchUp, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and BCA regulations.
