The Possible Class (TPC) is a creative education studio in Singapore that designs programmes for children, youths and adults using architecture, design and sustainability as springboards. We partner with schools, corporates and institutions to run workshops that foster inventive thinking, systems awareness and hands-on creativity.
TPC is the exclusive partner of Finland’s Arkki (www.Arkki.sg) to deliver its award-winning architecture and creative programme in Singapore.

This is a part time position
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead creative sessions for children and youth using TPC and Arkki content. Able to manage classes with effective timetabling and punctuality.
- Prepare and setup the activity space ahead of the start of session.
- Work with the team to plan workshops and activities. You should be able to draft lesson plans and ensure the smooth execution of activities, guided by senior coaches.
- Support the operations and admin executive in sourcing, procurement, packing and preparation of creative projects’ materials for courses and events that you or the team are leading.
- Assess, record and share student’s progress and development in a timely fashion with the schools and parents.
Expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree (Architecture, Design, or related field).
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Available for weekday classes and occasional weekend sessions.
- A self-starter. Hands-on, proactive and willing to pick up small tasks and go beyond the comfort zone to support the team – we are one team.
- Positive, can-do mindset when facing new challenges.
- Professional and confident with students, parents, teachers, and clients.
- Collaborative, with good communication skills and pleasant disposition.
