Responsibilities

-Report to Managing Director, SEA and responsible for sales & market development in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei and Laos to develop and generate sales to achieve annual sales targets

-Responsible for planning, directing, executing and improving all aspects of the sales & market development functions, and leading a sales teams (9 countries Country Head and Sales Representative) to attain company goals

-Play a key strategic role and make significant contributions as part of management team. Exercise initiative, knowledge, creativity and independence to effectively and reliably research, plan, direct, execute and manage the market development and sales action campaigns in the assigned markets

-Strengthen the companys position in the luxury & premium segment and make successful and sustainable entry into the middle and lower segments

-Strategic planning and execution for mid to long term market development to capture opportunities

-Defend and further grow key accounts and strong market share in projects

-Further strengthen and support the local dealer network to sustain market leadership

-Ensure high level of retail standards and continue to grow the market share of retail sales

-Maintain trade partners loyalty with obligations, benefits program for long term win-win growing partnerships

-Develop key accounts in the projects market segment to secure B to B loyalty and increasing market share

-Ensure and maintain strong network relationship with key clients in all channels

-Lead sales and collaborate with marketing department for most effective use of available resources

-Grow top lines sales systematically and aggressively with an improvement of penetration of existing clients and expand with new categories in trade and project channels while conserving price quality

-Conduct regular market, competitor research; generate sales forecasts and regular & adhoc reports

-Provide competent leadership, supervision and hands on support to local sales team in each market

-Ensure trade partners are updated and trained on new products and presentation, seminars to project customers

-Keep up to date to competitors product and market developments and take actions to stay ahead

-Coach , lead, empower, motivate, supervise and develop each member of your team for optimal effectiveness and efficiency and continually develop their skills, experience and ability with the goal of attaining and maintaining a top notch creative, effective, reliable and highly motivated market development and sales functions.

-Demonstrate effective HR practices with the goal of developing, motivating and retaining departmental staff as well as contribute to overall HR best practices across departments

-Focus on goals, create solutions execute effectively, monitor and manage and take responsibility

-Any other adhoc sales related tasks as required

Requirements

-Degree in Business, Engineering or any equivalent discipline

-Min 8 to 10 years working experience in Regional Sales, Senior Management, Emerging Markets and Leadership role from sanitary wares , construction sales, building material related industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

-Possesses skills including teamwork, communication, detail-oriented, prioritization and change management.

-Full understanding of the principles of forecasting, regional sales and analysis

-A results-driven, strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on

-Possesses good business acumen and key account management
