1. Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Art or above (e.g., NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA)
- At least 10–15 years of experience as an Art Teacher in schools or learning centres
- Ability to work with both children and adults
- Skilled in developing and upgrading Art Curriculum
- Capable of recording and reporting students’ progress accurately
- Provide guidance, coaching, and discipline to help students exceed performance standards
- Ability to plan lessons based on art techniques, history, themes, and general knowledge in line with learning objectives
- A team player who is also able to work independently
- Ability to coach and train new teachers
