HBA Art is a global consultancy creating bespoke, site-specific art programs for luxury hospitality and residential projects. We collaborate with designers, developers, and artists to craft compelling narratives that enhance guest experience and brand identity. From concept to installation, we deliver end-to-end services—procurement, budgeting, styling—with creative vision and commercial precision. Our global reach and tailored strategies make art a defining feature of every space.
About this role:
As an Artist at HBA Art, you will be responsible for developing high-quality digital artworks and artwork packages based on creative briefs and reference imagery provided by clients and internal teams. You’ll take concepts from early-stage sketches through to fully realized 3D models and photorealistic renders, using industry-standard software. A strong sense of creative interpretation is essential, as you’ll be expected to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling and beautifully executed artworks that elevate the overall design narrative. Your work will be integrated into architectural and interior design models, and ultimately fabricated and installed in real-world hospitality, commercial, and residential environments. Proficiency in spatial composition, materiality, and rendering techniques is key, as is the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
Based in Singapore, you’ll collaborate closely with our global teams in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires both creative flair and technical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development & Visualization
- Interpret project briefs, art narratives, and spatial requirements to develop compelling artwork concepts.
- Collaborate with curators, interior designers, and art consultants to ensure alignment with the overall design intent.
- Translate 2D sketches, mood boards, and references into 3D visualizations.
- Apply realistic materials and finishes based on production specifications (e.g., bronze, resin, acrylic, fabric).
- Produce photorealistic or ambient renders that showcase the artwork in its intended environment (e.g., hotel lobby, guestroom wall).
- Technical Production Support
- Generate exploded views, technical diagrams, or simplified models to support prototyping and production.
- Prepare files for 3D printing or CNC routing when required.
- Ensure models are clean, optimized, and compatible with downstream software (e.g., Rhino, Blender, ZBrush, CAD).
- Deliverables May Include:
- 3D model files (.obj, .fbx, .skp, .3ds, etc.)
- High-resolution rendered images
- Animated flythroughs or turntable views
- Material and finish maps
- Contextual renders showing artwork placement
- Files for 3D printing or prototyping
- 3D Modelling & Spatial Integration
- Apply detailed surface textures, contours, and lighting effects to enhance realism and visual impact.
- Create high-quality 3D models for a variety of artwork types, including freestanding sculptures, wall art, suspended installations, and digital media.
- Integrate artwork models into architectural or interior design models (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.) to assess scale, positioning, and spatial harmony.
- Ensure accurate proportions and dimensions for fabrication and client approval.
Qualifications & Technical Proficiency
- Right to work: Singaporean / Singapore PR
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Open to early-career candidates; 1+ year in a related role preferred.

- Software (good to have): SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Rhino, ZBrush
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for art, design, and storytelling through visual media.
