Artiste Management Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Assist Artiste Management in all Media assets
  • Digital Content creation and conceptualization for social media, website updates etc
  • PR Clippings and filing
  • Creating or updating decks
• Video Content and Organization
  • To organize video library
  • Video editing / Editing reels
• AM Duties
  • Artistes CV / Bio / Profile updates
  • Data entry work
  • Chaperoning

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Possess or is pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or a related field
• Familiar with Adobe Creative applications - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc
• Able to work independently
• Highly organized and who thinks ahead
• Importantly you must be able to commit and understand the importance of keeping artists’ personal and professional information confidential
