- Identify, scout and recruit talents suitable for film, TV, dance and musical productions.
- Coordinate auditions, interviews, and casting calls.
- Manage onboarding processes including agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation.
Career Development & Representation
- Develop and manage personalized career strategies for talents in alignment with agency and industry goals.
- Promote talents to production companies, casting agents, and producers.
- Negotiate roles, fees, appearances, and endorsement deals on behalf of talents.
Project & Schedule Management
- Oversee and manage talent schedules, rehearsals, shoots, and promotional appearances.
- Ensure timely communication of production timelines and changes.
- Coordinate with production teams for script reads, costume fittings, and call times.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with talents, producers, directors, casting agents, and media professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries, disputes, or crises.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for all talents.
Branding & Publicity
- Develop and manage personalized talent strategies for personal branding, social media presence, and public interactions.
- Collaborate with Public relations and marketing teams to enhance talent visibility and public image.
- Handle training including but not limited to public speaking, vocal, dance.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up to date talent records, agreements, and performance histories.
- Ensure talent's compliance with industry regulations, union guidelines, and company policies.
- Monitor talent's performance and provide regular and timely feedback for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent management, casting, or entertainment agency work.
- Strong understanding of film production processes and entertainment industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple talents and projects concurrently.
- Passionate about nurturing talent and building long-term careers.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or related fields preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong industry network (casting directors, agents, media houses).
- Experience working with celebrities or high-profile talents.
- Calm under pressure with crisis management capabilities.
- Empathetic, trustworthy, and discreet.
