Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium dental healthcare facility in Singapore. This leadership role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of clinical services, customer service, nursing teams, and call centre operations, while upholding excellence in patient experience and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Manage the end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows across all departments.
- Coordinate with dentists, specialists, and administrative teams to optimise scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilisation.
- Monitor and implement SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance across clinical services.
People & Team Management
- Lead and supervise frontline staff, including the customer service team, dental nursing staff, and call centre agents.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and team training to build capability and engagement.
- Foster a collaborative, patient-focused culture that reflects the clinic’s service excellence values.
Customer Service & Patient Experience
- Ensure a seamless and premium experience for patients from the first point of contact through treatment completion.
- Address and resolve patient feedback or service recovery cases with professionalism and urgency.
- Drive patient satisfaction by continuously reviewing and enhancing service delivery protocols.
Call Centre Oversight
- Oversee call centre operations, ensuring efficiency in appointment scheduling, call handling, and patient communication.
- Monitor KPIs such as response time, first-call resolution, and follow-up accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align call centre messaging with clinic campaigns or updates.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all practices comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and internal clinical governance standards.
- Oversee inventory and supply management for dental materials and equipment.
- Support clinical audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management, ideally within a dental or multi-disciplinary medical setting.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in delivering operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare compliance standards and protocols.
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
