Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Design Manager in overseeing architectural and engineering design processes for construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineers, contractors) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, consultants) to ensure design alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (e.g., BCA, URA).
- Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly.
- Provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters.
- Resolve design conflicts and propose cost-effective solutions.
