As Senior Executive, Corporate Finance , you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Company’s financial activities across corporate planning, project development, compliance, financing and investor engagement. The role requires hands-on involvement in financial modelling, reporting, interfacing with external advisors, and preparing materials for the management team and Board. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust financial governance and alignment with business objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
A. Corporate Finance & Strategic Support
- Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, valuation, investment analysis, and project assessment.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and strategic options.
- Prepare financial dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance and support management decisions.
- Provide input to fundraising strategies including equity and debt structuring.
B. Project Development & Financing
- Support project teams with investment case modelling, financial structuring, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with technical and legal teams to align project assumptions with financial projections.
- Assist in securing project-level financing by preparing documentation and engaging with lenders and advisors.
C. External Advisor & Service Provider Coordination
- Liaise with outsourced accounting, audit, corporate secretarial, tax filing, and payroll service providers.
- Ensure timely compliance with financial, regulatory, and tax requirements in Singapore and overseas jurisdictions.
- Coordinate inputs and deliverables with external financial advisors, tax consultants, legal counsel, and auditors.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and service quality from all external providers.
D. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including tracking of actuals against budget.
- Perform variance analysis and cost tracking across business units and projects.
- Consolidate and present management and board-level reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and insight.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end management accounts.
E. Investor & Board Engagement
- Prepare investment decks, capital raise materials, and financial updates for external investors.
- Develop board presentations including strategic, financial, and project performance updates.
- Coordinate and respond to investor due diligence requests and data room activities.
- Support management in engaging with investors, strategic partners, and financial institutions.
F. Compliance, Controls & Internal Processes
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control processes, financial policies, and statutory obligations.
- Support audits by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and compiling required documentation.
- Implement process improvements for financial operations and reporting efficiency.
G. Ad-hoc & Special Projects
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and commercial analysis for new market entry, M&A, or partnerships.
- Provide financial inputs for commercial agreements, term sheets, and development agreements.
- Support management in ad-hoc assignments requiring quantitative and qualitative assessment.
