Our Client, an established local acute hospital, is looking for a dynamic and people-focused professional to oversee and enhance clinical service operations across the continuum of care. This role blends operational leadership, strategic planning, and team management — all with the goal of delivering excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations at assigned service points, ensuring smooth front-line services and strong administrative support
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and other stakeholders to improve systems, solve process challenges, and ensure a seamless patient journey
- Maintain safe, patient-friendly facilities and drive customer satisfaction targets
- Innovate and implement service improvements to exceed patient expectations
- Develop business plans with clinical leaders to meet volume and financial targets
- Oversee a team of non-nursing staff — including hiring, training, appraisals, and retention
- Foster two-way communication between staff and management
- Participate in committees and cross-functional initiatives
- Be open to role rotation after 3 years to broaden operational exposure
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in any discipline
- Required to have minimun 3 years of experience in healthcare (operational experience preferred)
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience over frontline teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
