What you will be doing as an Assistant Marketing Associate
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
- Support content creation for social media, EDMs, brochures, and other marketing materials
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Help manage the company’s digital presence, including social media and email marketing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team (e.g., scheduling, filing)
- Support the team in prospecting and reaching out to potential leads (online or in-person)
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!
- You enjoy content creation and engaging with people—whether it’s online or face-to-face
- Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) would be a great bonus
- You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable supporting both behind-the-scenes and client-facing work
- You thrive in a fast-moving, team-first environment
