We are seeking a creative and strategic Assistant Merchandise & Content Manager to oversee the development and execution of branded merchandise initiatives. This role involves curating product ranges, managing collaborations with creative and production teams, and ensuring that merchandise aligns with the brand’s identity and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end creation of branded merchandise, from concept ideation to production and distribution.
- Curate and develop product ranges that reflect brand values, audience preferences, and market trends.
- Work closely with designers, suppliers, and vendors to manage timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Plan and execute merchandise-driven content strategies to support marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and partnerships.
- Maintain a content and campaign calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
- Guide creative teams to ensure merchandise storytelling, visuals, and narratives remain consistent with brand tone.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and partnerships for smooth execution.
- Monitor merchandise performance and campaign impact, providing insights and post-campaign reports.
- Oversee inventory planning and e-commerce integration, where applicable.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in merchandising, brand management, or content marketing.
- Strong skills in product development, campaign planning, and creative storytelling.
- Commercial awareness in sourcing, costing, and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with production workflows, merchandising cycles, and retail/e-commerce environments. A passion for culture, design, and creating engaging brand experiences.
