Job Responsibilities
• Assist to supervise and train Security Team Members in specific roles and responsibilities.
• Deputize the Reporting Manager, when required.
• Work in partnership with the MBS departments to ensure that operational matters are resolved.
• Ensure optimum guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Manage the attendance issues of security team members, including approval of amendments to Security Team Members’ time sheets and rosters, when required.
• Assist in the conduct of daily security briefings/debriefs.
• Ensure that investigations of incidents and complaints are completed timely.
• Conduct of performance appraisal reviews for the Team’s Security Officers, when required.
• Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
• Perform other tasks within the IR, including CAT B Special Employee License tasks, as directed by the Vice President, Security Service Department.
