Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare quotations for piling works
- Prepare tender documents for submission
- Respond promptly to general email inquiries for quotations
- Engage clients via phone calls to gather information and provide updates on maincon’s tender progress
- Undertake general administration duties, including weekly and monthly reports preparations
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
