- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop
- Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
- Follow up on customer’s appointment and feedback
- Train manicurists, motivate team’s morale and resolve staff issues
- Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
- Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
- Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Prior work experience in nail salon, beauty spa or service industry
- Able to lead or supervise a team
- With some manicure, pedicure product knowledge
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
