Essential Responsibilities include:
Assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment Key Performance Indices to meet operations goals.
Perform shift duties (12-hour shift) to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
Troubleshoot equipment related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
Assist in implementing improvement projects.
Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives.
Other responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environment, Health, Safety and Security requirements and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics or Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
1-2 years working experience in electrical / electronic industry.
Candidates without experience will also be considered as training will be provided.
