Description
The Role
- Support Global Benefits Management (GBM) team for the transition of new business & existing clients.
- Assist on claims escalation for key accounts and join in the meeting if required.
- Assist on claims analysis reports, including loss ratio, frequency of the use, member profile, etc.
- Assist on annual benchmarking comparison relating to H&B clients.
- Assist on Internal system updates relate to benefits matters.
- Assist on preparation of placements, communication deck and renewal reports.
- Assist on the analysis about the advantages and disadvantages of the plan funding model (insured or self-insured); development of performance indicators for monitoring results.
- Any ad hoc and operations duties within the team.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in a Health & Benefits brokerage role
- Holds M5, M9, HI, ComGI, BCP, PGI
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues, strong client service orientation
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the Singapore vendor marketplace
- Technical proficiency in Singaporean employee benefits
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Proficiency in English language
