Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for a driven and strategic Global Campaigns Associate Manager to lead co-marketing efforts with top game publishers and orchestrate global campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and brand growth. This role will be central to developing and executing high-impact activations across multiple regions, while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and functional leads across Digital, Brand, and Loyalty.Campaigns Strategy
- Develop and lead the global campaign calendar in collaboration with game publishers, ensuring synergy across regional and global priorities.
- Identify and secure co-marketing opportunities with new and existing publishing partners to drive platform usage and visibility.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for top-tier publishers, managing campaign planning, creative alignment, and reporting.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with Digital Marketing to plan and optimize performance-driven media buys supporting partner campaigns.
- Align with Brand and Social teams to ensure messaging consistency and creative excellence across touchpoints.
- Partner with the Loyalty team to integrate our program or other engagement mechanics into campaign structures to improve user retention and spend.
Regional Activation & Localisation
- Working with regional marketing managers to ensure campaigns are culturally adapted, compliant, and resonant in key markets.
- Drive localization of global initiatives while preserving brand and partner guidelines.
Measurement & Impact
- Define campaign KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with data and digital leads.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including traffic, user acquisition, ROI, and partner satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing or partnerships experience, ideally in gaming, payments, or tech ecosystems.
- Strong network and working knowledge of game publishers and industry trends.
- Proven experience in managing co-branded or joint campaigns across multiple regions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading meetings and negotiations with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; capable of storytelling and translating strategy into execution.
- A global mindset and cultural sensitivity, with experience adapting strategies to suit local nuances.
