Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native and hybrid database environments on AWS.
Administer and optimize AWS database services (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, etc.).
Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance using scripting and IaC tools.
Ensure database security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested.
Monitor database performance and implement optimizations to meet SLAs.
Collaborate with development teams to support application data needs.
Participate in database migrations from on-premises to cloud.
Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
