We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our Market Support & Metering Product Team.
This team plays a critical role in supporting market operations and the broader organization by building and maintaining capabilities that enable effective market communications, as well as robust meter data collection and validation across the Australian and Singaporean markets. For an energy retailer, metering data is like a cash register. It records how much energy customers consume, determines the amount needed for market settlements, and informs financial forecasting. Timely, complete, and accurate meter data empowers the entire organization to operate with confidence and precision.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will help conceptualize, build, and maintain internal tools and platforms that drive operational efficiency, stability, and data accuracy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable solutions that empower teams across the business.

What you will be doing:
- Build deep expertise in local market operations through market research and user interviews with internal stakeholders and end users
- Support product managers in gathering and refining requirements, and coordinate across engineering and business teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of high-quality products
- Lead the testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet user needs and business goals
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, keeping the team focused on high-impact initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes
You will be a good candidate if you are:
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
- Proven experience working on internal-facing products focused on improving operational efficiency and enabling scalable capabilities
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to independently query data to investigate issues and validate completeness and accuracy
- Comfortable with interpreting mathematical concepts and breaking them down into well-defined feature requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex challenges into manageable parts and design practical, incremental solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey objectives, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
