1. Responsible to plan and deliver the project under his/her charge, which shall include but not limited to the following:
a. Financial aspect – Project budget planning so as to improve project margin at completion. Ensure progress claim and being certified, and billed monthly.
b. Project Schedule – to plan, monitor and control the schedule so as to complete project in time. Any delay due to other trades shall be documented to protect SKK’s interest.
c. Project Safety Management – To ensure Zero Accident in the working environment.
d. Non-conformance Management aspect – to ensure any non-conformance issue be in control and/or well managed to its lowest if not the zero level.
e. Quality aspect – to ensure high quality standard in all aspects particularly on the installation and documentation works.
f. Project Manpower Planning – to forecast the manpower loading with the right skill and review regularly.
g. Project Submittal – to submit and obtain approval.
h. Purchasing – to source for submission and obtain approval before request for procurement.
