The Operations Crew is responsible for supporting the daily operation with ticketing and admission procedures and processes, membership engagement and retention strategies and guest services. This includes all activities related to the business and terms of service as agreed with our Clients, including the safety and security for all equipment with the relevant policies, procedures, regulations and legislation.Resourceful and service-oriented, he/she is expected to have an understanding of the utilities, basic mechanical and electrical maintenance requirements of all equipment. He/she is able to leverage on operational and tactical knowledge to assist hands-on guidance to the crew. He/she also possesses a strong service mindset and is able to anticipate customer needs.Due to the operational and hands-on nature of their work, he/she needs to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.He/she will also assist the Operations Supervisor in executing any tasks as required by the Company.
