Job Overview

The B2B Sales Consultant – Health, Corporate and Performance is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships within the corporate, healthcare, and performance sectors . This role involves managing key accounts, providing tailored wellness solutions, and ensuring long-term client success. The consultant contributes to Technogym’s market strategy, custom solutions, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence while supporting organizations in creating engaging, high-performance wellness environments .

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Excellence : Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a commitment to outstanding service and dedication to Technogym’s brand values.
  • Business Development: Drive new business opportunities for Technogym's wellness solutions within the health, corporate, and performance sectors , targeting corporate offices, healthcare facilities, universities, sports teams, high-performance training centres, and more.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze trends within corporate wellness, healthcare, and performance sectors to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales of Technogym equipment and wellness solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Contact potential and existing clients regularly through phone calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and prospects, tracking opportunities and ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide tailored wellness solutions to clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and offering customized fitness and wellness programs, leasing options, and service contracts.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts by overseeing product sales, coordinating installations, delivering training sessions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Event & Promotion Support: Collaborate with other departments to assist with company events, wellness initiatives, and corporate programs to enhance brand presence.
  • Reporting & Strategy Updates: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights through structured reports.
  • Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows, conferences, and networking with keystakeholders in corporate wellness, healthcare, and performance fields.
  • Training & Development: Continuously enhance professional skills through internal training, product certifications, and e-learning modules to remain an expert in fitness and wellness solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, sports science, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales within the fitness, corporate wellness, healthcare, or performance industries.
  • Prior experience working with clients in one or more of the following sectors is a strong advantage:
  • Health (hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapy clinics)
  • Corporate (corporate wellness programs, gyms, fitness facilities, companies)
  • Performance (sports teams, schools, government institutions, embassies, military)
  • Demonstrated success in major B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages relevant to the corporate, healthcare, or sports performance sectors are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to influence stakeholders such as hospital administrators, HR leaders, corporate wellness managers, physiotherapists, and sports performance directors.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to create tailored fitness and wellness solutions for clients.
  • Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end project execution.
  • Dependable and punctual in meeting job responsibilities and deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability in all tasks.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to persevere and overcome challenges in achieving sales goals.
  • Collaborative team player who values diversity and fosters a respectful, inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales management tools to track sales progress and manage client interactions.
