Position: B2C Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Account Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Supermoms social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent tone
2. Content Curation & Creation
- Support the creation of engaging visuals, short-form videos, and captions tailored for our parenting community
- Curate relevant articles, user-generated content, or partner materials for social sharing
3. Customer Experience
- Assist in gathering user feedback and responding to parent queries with empathy and clarity
- Help maintain a smooth customer journey across our digital touchpoints
4. Event Activation
- Support the planning and execution of both physical and virtual parenting events, workshops, and campaigns
- Help coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors/partners, and provide on-ground or online event support
Requirements:
- Passionate about digital marketing, and community engagement.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design and content
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
