Team Introduction
The Infrastructure NoSQL team based in Singapore caters to the needs of TikTok and its affiliated mid-platforms and business lines. The team operates on a vast scale, managing tens of thousands of servers and handling data that exceeds the petabyte level. The team has developed its own distributed KV/caching systems, globally distributed table storage systems, and large-scale graph database products. Utilizing cutting-edge hardware and software stack technology, they are dedicated to advancing the next generation of products continually.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at ByteDance aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and development of our self-developed distributed Graph Neural Network (GNN) training/inference systems over a large-scale graph dataset;
- Apply Graph Embedding/GNN into real-world application scenarios, including but not limited to risk control, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's or PHD student in Computer Science or related fields
- Familiar with C++, and Python development in Linux environment, familiar with multi-threading, network programming, cloud-native K8S, and other technologies;
- Familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Ray framework;
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiar with existing industry open source GE/GNN systems (e.g., DGL, PYG, Euler, GraphLearn, BigGraph, etc).
- Familiar with GNN algorithms, such GraphSage, GAT, Genipath
