Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and customer specifications.
- Accurately measure, mix, and knead doughs and batters using both manual techniques and commercial bakery equipment.
- Monitor the baking process by setting appropriate oven temperatures and adjusting baking times to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards.
- Apply finishing touches to baked goods, including glazing, decorating, and garnishing, as required.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations in compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, verify incoming deliveries, and promptly report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Contribute to product development by creating and testing new recipes, including seasonal or promotional offerings, to enhance customer appeal.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Production in pastry/bakery products & on a large scale
