Responsibilities:
- Support the complete setup and dismantling of banquet venues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Actively contribute innovative ideas to improve banquet setups and service delivery.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and efficiently manage escalated complaints.
- Experienced in leading and supervising banquet staff during events.
- Committed to delivering exceptional and professional food & beverage services.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Manage and maintain banquet equipment, assets, and inventory to ensure readiness and availability. Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated by Management.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a cheerful and pleasant demeanor. Effective team player with a high level of initiative.
